UPON ENTRY OF ON OUR OWN OF HOWARD COUNTY, INC. WELLNESS & RECOVERY CENTER THE FOLLOWING SAFETY PRECAUTION BELOW WILL BE ENFORCED WHILE IN THE CENTER:
PRIOR TO VISITING CENTER
ALL participants,visitors and volunteer must call 24-48 hours in advance to confirm visits and/or schedule appointments at center. Physical distance precautions will be monitored while in center. OOOHCI will not go beyond desired population in Center during our Re-Opening process and to further ensure that we are following mandated State and Local safety protocol & procedures in center.
ANYONE COMING THROUGH THE DOORS OF OOOHci
* Must be wearing a face covering over their nose and mouth
* Must allow employee or volunteer to take their temperature
*Must not eat or drink in the center for safety concerns when removing face mask/ or covering
*LIMITED OUTSIDE FOOD & SNACKS - FOOD PANTRY ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST
*Must wash hands with soap and water after after entry. If not wearing gloves; or use hand sanitizer as needed; if soap and water is not available in the designated areas to wash hands (Restrooms/ Kitchen area)
*Keep physical Distance of 6 feet apart while visiting center
*Computer use will be limited to 15 minutes to check emails, job search or related activity. and connecting with family via Zoom,Facebook, or other social media and communication platforms
*Must sign agreement & acknowledgement statement on first visits only and follow safety measures
NOTE:
OOOHCI will temporarily close for 10 DAYS if a staff member, participants/ visitor, or any other member has tested positive for COVID-19. All staff, participants, and volunteers will have to be tested twice before re-entry into the center. Staff & Members/participants who have had close encounters/contact with inidividuals who tested positive will need to get tested at least 5 days after last close contact. Make sure your test result is neagtive and you are symptom free. Two negative test results are required before re-entry into Center.
